SABANA

The design of this project makes a resemantization of the typical Nicoyan colonial house, with a contemporary contribution in the game of volumes and spaces, generating passive and low-cost strategies to adequately respond to the local climate; the internal double height, the cross ventilation and a "chimney" effect solution make the interior a very fresh and comfortable space, perfect for the Guanacaste climate.

Its side terrace accompanied by a social area with an open concept allows a well-lit space to be developed, framing the visuals that the context generates.
