The configuration of the house is based on the topography and geometry of the property, generating a floor plan rotation that subdivides the activities of the house into two main areas (private - social) adapting all the needs of the clients and also achieving greater use the outdoor spaces. The facade of this project is oriented to the south, so it receives natural lighting throughout the day.

Interiors: For the interior spaces of this project, light was used as the main parameter in the design, generating openings that seek to frame the best views and integrate the landscape from the exterior to the interior. In addition, it maintains a selection of materials in a variety of concrete and wood, seeking integrity in the spatial sensations of the project.

Exteriors: Under a contemporary architecture, the LYA project is based on materials with few coatings, exemplifying its purest and most neutral way. We mostly use concrete textures that, in conjunction with wood, provide great warmth and naturalness to the architectural space.
The configuration of the house, whose design is adapted to the topography and geometry of the property, made it possible to generate on a single 150m2 floor not only all the necessary spaces for our clients but also a better use of the exterior space.
