Located in a condominium in an area of great residential growth, this 190m2 project has a contemporary architecture of overlapping volumes, generating different depths and voids, designed especially for our clients.

Its floor plan is made up of two offset rectangles to take advantage of the resulting spaces in the parking area and a terrace in the back. The design seeks the use of pure materials, such as wood textures, exposed concrete and fine plaster.
