The design of the house corresponds to a Neo Eclectic style or popularly known as "American" design, a very interesting project due to the contribution of technological sustainability that the house has, in addition to a high level of both internal and external finishes and natural lighting, which was a requirement for all the spaces, designed to a suitable orientation. The house also has solar panels that feed an energy storage battery and a rainwater collection tank that supplies gardens, toilets and laundry.
