Preliminary studies

Preliminary studies. These studies must be carried out in every project. These identify the available resources and the demands to be satisfied, determine the program of needs, and define and coordinate the performance of the necessary technical studies. The preliminary studies also include the compilation and analysis of the available information, of the conditions established by the current regulations and norms, and the consultations before the State institutions, linked to the project. Preliminary studies do not constitute a commitment to organization of spaces or design. The professionals must deliver to the client a report with the documents that prove said studies.
