It is the spatial, technical and functional proposal that defines the character and identity of a project. It must comply with the established needs and with the regulations in force. In Nexus Studio we present a very detailed analysis of climate, context and topography, so that the project responds appropriately to its environment. At this stage, we analyze the finishes of the project to guide the type of architectural language desired by the client.
